Adding editors from your team

Let colleagues help maintain your booth.

As booth owner, you can invite colleagues from your organisation to edit the booth with you. Editors can update the booth and post jobs.

  1. In the booth dashboard, open Team. Only the booth owner sees it.
  2. Under Invite an editor by email, enter your colleague's email address and click Send invite. Use the address they use, or will use, for ASTT.
  3. They receive an email with a sign-in link. Until they first sign in, they're listed under Pending invites. After that they appear under Current team and can edit the booth.

Removing an editor

There isn't a remove button in the booth dashboard yet. To remove someone, email secretary@astt.com.au and ASTT staff will take them off. Please do this promptly when people leave your company.

A good pair: someone from marketing to keep the content fresh, and a technical lead to keep projects and technologies accurate.
