Do I need a new account for the website? No. Click Sign in, then Continue with ASTT membership, and use the email and password you already use for your ASTT membership.
I've forgotten my password. Click Sign in, then Continue with ASTT membership, and choose Forgot password on the ASTT membership sign-in page. See Signing in.
I'm a member but can't open papers. Check you're signed in. If signing in doesn't work, or a paper says an active ASTT membership is required, your membership may have lapsed: renew it and sign in again. Still stuck? Email the secretary.
Can I share a paper with a colleague? Share the page link. Non-members can read the abstract and see the details; the full paper is for members.
How do I update my membership or pay an invoice? Through ASTT's membership portal. The website doesn't handle membership records or payments.
How do I register for an event? Event pages with online registration have a Register button that takes you to the organiser's registration site.
I'm a corporate member. Where's our booth? Booth owners and editors are taken to the booth dashboard when they sign in. You can also go straight to astt.com.au/booth-admin. If you don't have access, email the secretary.
Is a directory listing an ASTT endorsement? No. Corporate membership is a subscription to the society, not an assessment of capability.
