Signing in

Use the email and password you already have for your ASTT membership. No new account needed.

You don't need a new account. The website recognises you through ASTT's membership system.

  1. Go to astt.com.au and click Sign in (top right).
  2. Click Continue with ASTT membership.
  3. On the ASTT membership sign-in page, enter the email address and password you use for your ASTT membership.
  4. You're brought back to the website, signed in. If you started from a members-only item, you return to that item.

Once signed in, the Sign in button becomes Account (on a phone, just the person icon). The Account menu has Dashboard, Saved items, Inbox, Help and Sign out.

Corporate booth admins are taken straight to the booth dashboard when they sign in. To get back to it later, go to astt.com.au/booth-admin.

Forgotten your password?

Your password belongs to your ASTT membership, not to the website, so it is reset on the membership platform:

  1. Click Sign in, then Continue with ASTT membership.
  2. On the ASTT membership sign-in page, choose Forgot password.
  3. Follow the reset link that arrives at your membership email address.

The new password works on the website and on all of ASTT's membership services. The website itself never stores passwords.

Can't sign in, or can't see member content?

The website checks your membership each time you sign in. If your membership has lapsed, signing in won't work. Renew it through ASTT's membership portal, then sign in again.

If your membership is current and you still have a problem, email secretary@astt.com.au with the email address you used.

Signing out

Open Account and choose Sign out. In the booth dashboard, Sign out is in the side menu. On a shared computer, always sign out when you're done.
