Rentco

Founded in 1994, Rentco is one of Australia's largest providers of transport and specialist equipment rental, leasing and maintenance services. Registered in Australia, we operate from eight depots across Queensland, NSW, Victoria, SA, WA, and NT, supplying services to industry nationally across transport, government, utilities, infrastructure, civil construction, mining, agriculture and industrial sectors.

Rentco operates a fleet of more than 4,500 heavy commercial assets. It is backed by national workshop and maintenance capability, 24/7 support, and experienced teams who maintain a wide range of industrial vehicles across their full asset life. Our customers already include utilities, civil contractors and infrastructure operators, many of whom operate or contract vacuum, jetting and hydro-excavation services.

Through organic growth and strategic partnerships, our equipment range is expanding to include specialist drain cleaning, vacuum, jetting and hydro-excavation equipment. In 2026 Rentco became the exclusive Australian distribution partner for Revive Environmental International (Ireland). Revive is an established European manufacturer of the Warrior range of combination drain cleaning, vacuum and hydro-excavation units, built on the Scania chassis. The first Australian units are scheduled for early 2027. Each will be delivered compliant with applicable Australian Design Rules, WHS and environmental requirements, and Rentco will supply, hire, lease and support them through our existing national depot and workshop network.

Rentco is part of the I Squared Capital portfolio. Our sister businesses include TIP Group, a leading European mobile asset provider, whose fleet includes vacuum trucks and environmental services vehicles from a wide range of OEMs across Europe. This gives Rentco direct access to international operating experience in the sector, as well as long-term investment capacity in specialist fleet.
